In their 2017 European ad campaign HORNBACH apologies for overloaded cars after shopping at their DIY stores caused by the large assortment and low prices.
This sometimes results in awkward situations.

The overall campaign was created by HEIMAT Berlin and Epic Branding was responsible for the online content creation and production for the Dutch market.
