About Hornbach
Hornbach is an international brand that sells DIY, garden, and home improvement products. Hornbach opened its first store in the Netherlands in 1997 and currently has 14 large stores across the country. In 2018 they won, for the 13th (!) time in a row, the price for best do-it-yourself store in the Netherlands.
Campaign
The customers of Hornbach are amongst the best handyman and woman of course. But who can say he’s the best of the best? Therefore Hornbach organized a competition to find the true champion of home-building in the Netehrlands; ‘De Beste Klusser van Nederland’.
Everyone can join the preliminaries at one of the stores across the country or nominate a friend or family member on the specially created campaign website. One of the nominees will go to the final directly! During the finals the qualified do-it-yourselfers will compete for the title ‘De Beste Klusser van Nederland’ and the Golden Hammer.
We created the campaign images, out-of-home advertising, (online) advertising, promo tour, website, radio commercial and social content. Leading to a large amount of nominees and attendees in order to find the Beste klusser.
